- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 cups coarsely chopped peeled tomato
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; saute 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and rosemary; saute 1 minute. Stir in tomato, wine, salt, and garlic; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
