- 3 to 4 lb. plums
Directions

1Cream shortening and sugar.

3Add flour and combine until dough is formed.

4Sprinkle with flour as needed to prevent sticking to fingers and pat dough into greased and floured 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan or large pizza pan.

5Bake dough only for 8 to 10 minutes at 375°.
