- 1/2 gal. or 8 c. plums
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 6 2/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Boil plums for 8 minutes.

2Drain off water.

3Add vinegar to plums and bring to good boil. Mix cinnamon, cloves, allspice and sugar.

4Add to plums and vinegar.

5Boil for 45 minutes.

6Pour in jars and seal while hot.
