- 1 1/2 to 2 c. water
- 1 large can plums (pits and syrup)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1In a pot, boil water.

2Add plums with syrup, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon).

3Simmer for 20 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add sour cream.

5Can be served hot or cold over noodles or plain.
