- 1 pinch salt
- 20 grams powdered sugar
- 10 grams brown sugar
- For the filling
- 15 grams almond powder
- 15 grams brown sugar
- 1000 grams plums and gages

1Put the flour, salt, sugar, brown sugar and almond powder in a bowl. Add soft butter diced and knead until having a crumbly dough. Then add water and mix until having a smooth paste. Form a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
