- 12 cup white sugar

- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups post 100% bran, all-bran cereal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 14 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Stir together Bran cereal and milk.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt - set aside.

4To the bran cereal and milk, add egg and oil mixing until blended.

5Add flour mixture stirring just until combined.

6Do not overmix.

7Fill muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes or until done at 325F.
