- 4 (5 oz.) fresh or frozen salmon steaks
- 5 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Thaw salmon if frozen.

2In large skillet, combine water, lemon juice and pepper.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add salmon.

5Simmer, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

6Remove salmon from liquid and serve.
