- 2 large salmon steaks
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 large lemon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Heat deep fry pan.

2Put salmon in middle.

3Pour wine and lemon over the top.

4Cut butter into thin pats and place on top of steaks.

5Place lid on pan and cook 10 to 12 minutes for each inch of thickness.

6Lift steaks occasionally to make sure they don't stick.

7Fish is done when you can pull center bone away with no problem.

8Yields 2 servings.
