- 1/3 c. dried pitted apricot halves
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 c. red grape juice
- 1/4 ??? maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan.

2Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

3Lower heat to medium.

4Cover pan and simmer fruit until pears are soft, about 15 minutes.

5Remove from heat and let sit at room temperature while you prepare the rest.
