  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 carrots, pared
  • 4 potatoes, pared
  • bell pepper (optional)
  • onions (as desired)
  • season to taste

Directions

    Put ground beef (1/4 pound), carrots, potatoes and onions in four individually wrapped heavy-duty foil.

    Bring foil up and over.

    Roll and secure edges so moisture does not escape.

    Bake at 325° for one hour, or until done.
