Pogaca (Turkish biscuit)

Ingredients
- 100 grams butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 each egg
- 1 each egg yolk
Directions

1In a large bowl mix first seven ingredients together.

2Work them with your hand until you have a soft dough.

3Do not overdo it.

4Put the dough in a plastic wrap and then in the fridge for at least 1 hr.

5I usually leave it overnight.

6When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F/ 176 degrees C. In the meantime line a baking tray with baking paper.

7Take a plum size piece from the dough, roll it in your hands a few times giving it a ball shape.

8Depending on the size, there should be 16 to 20 pogaca (biscuits).

9Use the egg yolk to brush the tops of the pogaca.

10Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes.

11Once done, let cool for 5 min and enjoy!
