- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place smoked sausage in a large saucepan.

2Cover with water and boil.

3Place cornmeal, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt in a mixing bowl.

4Stir in cold water to make a thin paste.

5Take sausages out of pan, leave water in pan and return to a boil. Stir in cornmeal mixture and cook until thickened.
