- 200 g polenta
- 100 g ham, chopped
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 1 bouillon cubes, chicken or 1 vegetables
- 1 pinch hot pepper
- 1 liter water
Directions

1Boil water,.

2Chop drained tomatoes and ham, oil 1 pie plate.

3Pour the polenta into the boiling bouillon while stirring.

4Cook and stir without stopping until the polenta thickens and doesn't stick to the sides of the pan, this can take 10+ minutes, be patient.

5When it is ready, add the ham, tomatoes, spinach and hot pepper powder.

6Mix and pour into oiled pie plate.

7Let set up 5 minutes or so.

8Cut into parts to serve, eat with a salad on the side.
