- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 13 cups milk
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 2 (16 ounce) cans sauerkraut
- 1 (8 ounce) packagemedium-wide noodles
- 1 12 lbs Polish sausage, cut into 1/2in pieces
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 34 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.

3Combine mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion and mustard in medium bowl until well blended.

4Spread sauerkraut in prepared baking dish.

5Top with noodles.

6Spoon soup mixture evenly over noodles; cover with sausage.

7Top with shredded Swiss.

8Combine bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl; sprinkle over Swiss.

9Cover dish tightly with foil.

10Bake until noodles are tender, about 1 hour.
