- 1 small head cabbage
- 6 to 8 medium size carrots
- 2 whole onions
- 2 to 3 potatoes
- 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned

Directions

1Cook roast, cabbage, carrots and onions together for about 2 hours; add potatoes and cook on low heat another hour.

2Add chicken and broth; cook low for 1 more hour.
