  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. allpurpose flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • almond
  • 2 cups grated coconut

Directions

    Heat oven to 325F.Grease and lightly flour cookie sheet.In bowl beat eggs until frothy .

    Add sugar, flour, salt and extract mix well.

    Stir in coconut.

    Drop dough by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325F for 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.

    Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
