- 2 tbsp. allpurpose flour
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

1Heat oven to 325F.Grease and lightly flour cookie sheet.In bowl beat eggs until frothy .

2Add sugar, flour, salt and extract mix well.

3Stir in coconut.

4Drop dough by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.

5Bake at 325F for 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.

6Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
