- 1 pkg. Polish or smoke sausage
- 8 potatoes
- 1/2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can chopped okra
Directions

1Dice all vegetables and then add the canned ingredients.

2Cook approximately 30 minutes.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook until potatoes are done.

5Soup can be thickened by adding 1/2 cup flour and water stirred in while cooking.
