- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 head cabbage
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 c. tomato soup
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1In large pot, boil water.

2Cut into core of cabbage.

3Place whole cabbage in boiling water.

4Separate leaves from cabbage; let cool.

5Mix beef, veal and pork together.

6Add rice, eggs, salt and pepper.

7Place spoonful of meat mixture in center of cabbage; fold bottom, then side over, then top.

8Place in lasagna dish with bacon strips on bottom.

9Arrange cabbage in dish.

10Top with soup and brown sugar.

11Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
