- 1 clove garlic
- 4 zucchini
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Dice garlic, onions and kielbasa; saute in 1 tablespoon oil until onions are tender.

2Add zucchini which has been thinly sliced.

3Saute until zucchini is tender.

4Add salt, pepper and tomatoes.

5Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

6Add Parmesan cheese and stir.
