- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. cooked ham, cubed
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine rice and margarine.

2Toss lightly.

3Add ham, pineapple, green pepper and barbecue sauce; mix well.

4Place individual servings of rice mixture on squares of foil.

5Bring corners together and twist.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
