Ingredients
- 1 lb. franks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, cut up
- 1 large green pepper, cut up
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 small can pineapple chunks, drained (save liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Combine syrup from pineapple chunks with water.

2Add vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce.

3Set aside.

4Saute onion and celery in oil until hot, not brown.

5Add franks, pineapple and sauce mixture.

6Heat, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes until thick. Add green pepper (if desired).

7Heat.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
