Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium can pineapple chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. minced celery leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12 cooked prunes, pitted
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed marjoram
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Trim excess fat from chops.

2Lightly grease heavy skillet with fat from one chop.

3Brown chops on both sides; drain off excess fat.

4Season lightly with salt and pepper.

5Drain pineapple; combine with onion, celery leaves, garlic, prunes, soy sauce and marjoram; simmer, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Add celery. Cook for 10 minutes longer or until celery is tender and pork is well done.

7Add small amount of water if needed.

8Prepare rice according to package.

9Add ginger, stirring to blend.

10Serve pork mixture over rice.
