- 2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 c. bottled Russian dressing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. onion rings
Directions

1Cook pork in butter until brown; drain off fat.

2Drain juice from pineapple tidbits; reserve fruit.

3Combine juice with next 4 ingredients.

4Stir in water which has been mixed with cornstarch. Pour over meat.

5Cook, stirring until sauce is thickened.

6Cover. Simmer 30 minutes.

7Add onion and pineapple tidbits.

8Simmer 15 minutes.

9Serve over rice.
