  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1 medium banana
  • 8 fl oz MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf

Directions

    Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.

    Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning.

    When eggs begin to set, add cheese.

    Scramble until eggs are cooked through.

    Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp.
