  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork loin end roast
  • 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade

    Place meat in roaster; combine nutmeg, thyme, salt and pepper and sprinkle over meat.
