- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1 can water
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Directions

1Melt margarine; add rice and coat well.

2Add beef consomme and water.

3Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

4Add soy sauce, onions, almonds and mushrooms.

5Toss well.
