- 3/4 c. peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. honey
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 8 c. washed, trimmed spinach, romaine or combination, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 8 oz. canned water chestnuts, drained, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 c. washed, thinly sliced radishes
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted*
Directions

1In bowl, blender or food processor, combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, onion and honey and mix well.

2In large salad bowl combine greens, sprouts, water chestnuts, radishes and sesame seed.

3Pour dressing over and toss to coat.

4Serve immediately.
