  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanila
  • 3 cup Flower
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 can Apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 Butter
  • 3 Eggs

Directions

    Mix eggs, flower, salt & vanilla

    Keep stearing and adding milk until the mixture gets thin
  3. 3
    Fry with your choice in a very little amount of butter or oil in a shallow pan, make sure to flip it.

    Let it cool a bit , spread jam or any sauce, can be served with a side of whipped cream.
