  • 1 can rotel
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

    Cut cheese into chunks and place in blender. Boil rotel, water and seasoning, pour over cheese in blender. Blend on highest speed until mixed and smooth.
