- 1 lb. boneless beef, pork or chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 bunch green onion, diced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- soy sauce
- 1 lb. pasta (any style)
Directions

1Season meat with pepper and garlic powder.

2Saute in 2 tablespoons oil.

3When browned, add approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce.

4Cover and simmer while cooking pasta.

5When pasta is half done, turn vegetables into meat.

6Stir.

7Recover and finish pasta.

8Drain pasta and turn into meat and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine.

9Serve at once.
