Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless beef, pork or chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 bunch green onion, diced
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • 1 lb. pasta (any style)

Directions

    Season meat with pepper and garlic powder.

    Saute in 2 tablespoons oil.

    When browned, add approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce.

    Cover and simmer while cooking pasta.

    When pasta is half done, turn vegetables into meat.

    Stir.

    Recover and finish pasta.

    Drain pasta and turn into meat and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine.

    Serve at once.
