- oil to stir-fry
- 1/2 c. pork, chopped
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- chicken broth
- 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 2 c. cabbage, chopped
- soy sauce to taste
- 1 pkg. rice sticks, thin
Directions

1Brown pork, onions, celery and garlic in oil.

2Add chicken and shrimp.

3Stir-fry for a few minutes.

4Add cabbage, carrots and about 1/4 cup soy sauce.

5Stir-fry until crisp tender.

6While this is cooking soak thin rice sticks in warm water to cover.

7Drain and combine with meat mixture, along with 1/2 to 1 cup hot chicken broth.

8Let set covered for 30 minutes.

9To reheat, stir-fry in a little oil.
