- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup dried bonito flakes
Directions

1Heat the soy sauce and the bonito flakes together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

2Cool, then run the sauce through a sieve to drain off the bonito flakes.

3Then mix the drained soy sauce with the vinegar and lemon juice.
