  • 14 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 23 cup sugar
  • red food coloring or green food coloring
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips, mini-morsels
  • 14 teaspoon peppermint extract (or more to taste)

    Beat egg whites until foamy.
