- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- salt and pepper
- 5 medium onions
- 5 medium potatoes
- 5 slices bacon
Directions

1Cut liver into serving sizes.

2Brown both sides in fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Put liver and drippings into a large casserole.

4Add onions and potatoes; sprinkle with more salt and pepper.

5Top with bacon slices.

6Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Then uncover and bake 15 minutes longer to crisp bacon.
