  • 3 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. smoked hickory salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (use only this brand)
  • 1 tsp. coarse pepper or peppercorns

Directions

    Mix well and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Mix again and refrigerate another 24 hours.

    Roll and shape into loaves.

    Bake 8 hours at 150° to 175° on a broiler pan.
