- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 oz cream cheese(softened)
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar/powdered
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450F (230 degrees C).

2Grease and flour six 6-ounce custard cups, or cupcake pans.

3In a medium bowl beat eggs slightly, Beat in flour, milk and salt until just smooth; being careful not to overbeat.

4Fill custard cups 1/2 full.

5Bake at 450F (230 degrees C) for 20 minutes.

6Decrease oven temperature to 350F (175 degrees C) and bake for 20 minutes more.

7Immediately remove from cups and serve piping hot.
