  • 2 slices ginger, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. frozen peas and carrots
  • dash of white pepper (optional)
  • 6 c. cooked rice
  • 1 slice cooked ham, diced
  • 1/4 c. diced barbecued pork
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten and made into an thin omelet (cook until firm), then shredded
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 c. stock (if needed)
