- 3 qt. popped corn
- 1/3 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In heavy 2-quart pan, stir together syrup, sugar, water, salt, butter and vinegar.

2Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture boils.

3Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until temperature reaches 270° on candy thermometer.

4Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

5Slowly pour over popcorn, stirring to coat well.

6When just cool enough, but warm, shape into balls.

7Keep in plastic wrap.
