- 1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 20 caramels
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 cup M&M's plain chocolate candy
Directions

1Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl or roasting pan.

2In a saucepan, combine the marshmallows, caramels and butter. Heat on low until melted, stirring occasionally.

3Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well.

4Working quickly so that it doesn't harden too fast, stir in peanuts and M&Ms.

5Press into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Cool until firm.

6Remove from pan and cut with a serrated knife.
