  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup

    Combine popcorn and nuts in large bowl.

    Combine butter, sugar and syrup in heavy 2-quart saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly to 300° on candy thermometer.
