  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Generously grease six 6-oz. custard cups or 8 muffin cups. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fill cups about 3/4 full with batter. Bake in preheated, 400° convection oven on rack 2, 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake 15 minutes longer (or bake in preheated 425° radiant bake oven 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes longer) or until deep golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm. Yield:
