- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Beat eggs with rotary beater until light and thick.

3Add flour, salt and 1/2 the milk.

4Continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened (30 seconds).

5Gradually add remaining milk and melted butter.

6Beat until free from lumps (1 to 2 minutes).

7Fill greased pans a little less than 1/2 full. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.

8Serve at once.
