  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Beat eggs with rotary beater until light and thick.

    Add flour, salt and 1/2 the milk.

    Continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened (30 seconds).

    Gradually add remaining milk and melted butter.

    Beat until free from lumps (1 to 2 minutes).

    Fill greased pans a little less than 1/2 full. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Serve at once.
