- 1/2 c. Gold Medal Wondra flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 375° to 400° (hot).

2Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups.

3Beat eggs slightly.

4Add milk, flour and salt.

5Stir with fork just until smooth.

6(Do not overbeat.)

7Fill greased custard cups 1/2 full or fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

8Bake 60 minutes or until deep, golden brown.

9Remove from cups immediately and serve.

10Yield: 6 to 8 popovers.
