  • 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs with electric mixer. Then add poppy seed and hot water.

    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
