  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Pour the boiling water over poppy seed and let stand 1/2 hour. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
