  • 1 box toasted instant coconut pudding or instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed (1/8 c.)
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs

    Mix well all ingredients. Beat for about 3 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Yummy warm.
