  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla or coconut pudding mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients. Add water and shortening.

    Add eggs, beating well.

    Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    After cool, remove from pan. Drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter.
