- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cream sherry or water
- 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl.

2Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

3Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

5Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

6Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
