  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cream sherry or water
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl.

    Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

    Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
