Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice (I use Minute rice)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup.

2Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.

5Serves 4 or 5.
