  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

    Mix and form into small balls.

    Put in shallow pan and cover with 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Baste occasionally.
